These Terms of Service apply to all purchases through the website of Rose & Jamie, located at Vaartweg 84, 5109 RD 's Gravenmoer, the Netherlands, reachable at info@roseandjamie.com.

1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Product information

We do our very best to describe products correctly and keep information up to date. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Typos, pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from them.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are only processed after full payment has been received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Shopify Payments.

4. Processing and delivery

  • Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
  • Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China; customs fees may apply.
  • The stated time frames are estimates; delays due to busy periods, holidays or customs procedures do not entitle you to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns and cancellations

See our separate Refund Policy for all conditions. Cancelling an order after it has been placed is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be opened before the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the item concerned. Always check your address details carefully.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, design) is the property of Rose & Jamie and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Complaints procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@roseandjamie.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints about size or quality, always include clear photos and a description.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Rose & Jamie is located, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
